Mall Walking

The Mall Walking Club offers everyone the chance to get some free exercise in our warm and welcoming centre!

Mall Walking Hours: 

Monday-Friday: 8:00am-10:00am

Saturday: 9:00am-10:00am

Sunday: 9:30-10:30am

Enter through the parking garage entrance ONLY. 

Northgate Shopping Centre is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 

Northgate Shopping Centre reserves the right to modify or remove mall walking access hours without notice. 

Failure to comply with NGSC policies may result in losing access to the mall walking program.

Community Board

Please contact egauthier@morguard.com or visit the administration office to have your poster approved. Mall administration will post your poster for you. The community board is located outside the security office.

Family Change Room

Northgate Shopping Centre incorporates a Family Change Room in the Food Court bathrooms for diaper changes as well as nursing needs. 

ATM Accessibility 

There are 3 ATM locations at Northgate Shopping Centre for quick access to cash. One is located at the Food Court across from Mind Games, a Scotiabank ATM is located at our main entrance between the entrance doors beside Wingate Lottery, and multiple are located at the Scotiabank location by the parking garage entrance. 

Lost and Found

If you have lost an item that you believe occurred during your shopping experience at Northgate Shopping Centre, please contact our Security team with a clear description of your lost item. Security can be reached at (705) 472-8110 ext 2.

Free Public Wi-Fi

Wi-Fi is available to patrons of Northgate Shopping Centre throughout the centre. Access is available through personal hand-held devices and tablets/laptops, as there are no designated stations for such access. We ask patrons to be responsible for their use and must follow the Terms and Conditions for continued access.
