Community Booth
The Community Booth at Northgate Shopping Centre is available for use by non-profit and charity groups. There is no cost to use the Community Booth and bookings are confirmed based on availability. Organizations are welcome to secure their time in the Community Booth up to 6 months in advance and bookings can be by the day, week or weekend, every other week.
Please contact egauthier@morguard.com and we will confirm that your preferred dates are available. After confirmation, a Community Booth Agreement will be provided for you to review. To confirm your booking please submit the agreement back to us with two signatures from individuals belonging to your organization, along with a Certificate of Insurance providing proof of $5 million of Liability Insurance and naming Morguard Investments Limited, HOOPP Realty Inc. as additionally insured. On the agreement, please be sure to have your charitable number along with lottery license number if you plan to sell an item. Items must be approved by management. Short-term Liability Insurance is also available for purchase through our Marketing Manager whom you can reach at egauthier@morguard.com or by phone at, (705) 472-8110 ext 5.
