•Have a proven track record in generating sales

•Are capable of helping coach and motivate a team to success

•Can help to maintain loss prevention controls

Physical Capabilities

•Must be able to stand on your feet for long periods of time

•Must be able to climb a ladder in order to facilitate the changing of lights/changing of displays
